Profile: Since 1993 we have been manufacturing plastic products by injection moulding, blow moulding, injection blowing and injection blow moulding with stretch (ISBM) from PET material.

All of our products are mainly for the pharmaceutical, food and medical industries – caps, droppers, medicine bottles, mechanical dispensers and more.

All materials used are certified for health safety and meet the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia. We provide our customers with a complete service: product design – mould making – injection, blowing or injection-blowing of the product.

CERTIFICATION

As most of the products are intended for the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, their production must be carried out under very strict manufacturing and control conditions. Particular emphasis is placed on the quality and cleanliness of the incoming raw materials, on the cleanliness of the manufacturing process itself and, last but not least, on the inter-operational and output control. Of course, some principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) are also observed during the actual production process. In 2002, the quality management system at the production plant was certified according to the ISO 9001:2009 set of standards.
